Margaret Mary Kimmel 2000

Professor in the School of Library Information Science at the University of Pittsburgh, she has been an effective advocate for literacy programs on the regional, national and international level. She has served as President of the Association of Library Service to Children, board member of the U.S. Section of the International Board on Books for Young People and advisor for Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.
