As President and CEO of the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, she has been a significant agent of change, transformting the organization’s philosophy, structure, and impact and making it an effective regional and state leader in the non-profit world. In addition, she has dedicated her energy to numerous regional boards serving youth, the elderly and disadvantaged.
